In order to deliver this we have developed a detailed, four phase approach to ensure that:

  • Key requirements are clearly defined. Specific objectives and measures are created. “Buy - in” is achieved from the participants
  • The project is managed effectively from beginning to end through the use of clear mile-stones and regular communication
  • Delivery is consistent with the corporate culture and tailored to meet the objectives
  • Implementation is driven by a 'Close The Loop' program
